To ensure transparency and the highest quality of ingredients, pricing is structured as cost-plus-labor.Ingredients: Budget approximately $25–$50 per person, depending on your menu choice.Labor: Varies by event scale and format.Nobel Tasting / Canapes & Cocktails: Requires 20+ hours of prep and service (starts at $1,500).Cooking Classes / Pizza Nights: Streamlined execution (starts at $750).

What is included?

Accepted Answer

Planning, shopping, preparation, tablescaping, service, and kitchen clean-up are always included. Additionally, I can provide tableware - such as plates, cutlery, and glasses - for an extra fee, or I am happy to use what you already have.

What is excluded?

Accepted Answer

Clients generally arrange their own beverages for the event, though I am happy to provide pairing recommendations. Due to insurance costs, a surcharge applies if you would like me to provide and serve drinks (outside of the Canapes and Cocktails package, which includes one cocktail). Please note that tableware cleanup is also excluded unless those items are provided by me.

What can I expect when working with you from start to finish?

Once we finalize your menu, I will handle all the planning, shopping, and initial preparation. Ahead of the event, I will schedule a brief visit to your home or venue to review the table layout, decorations, place settings, and kitchen setup. This ensures I bring any necessary equipment that is not already on-site. On the day of the event, I typically arrive two and a half hours before your guests to set the table and complete the final food preparation. I manage all food service during the event, which generally lasts two to three hours depending on your menu choice. After dessert, I will restore your kitchen to a pristine condition so you can relax and enjoy the rest of the evening. If you are using my tableware, I will discreetly gather those items to take with me when I depart.

How much effort is required on my part?

While I love to collaborate, you can be as involved as you would like. Aside from selecting the menu and helping me understand your kitchen setup and available tableware, your only job is to relax and enjoy the experience.Some of my clients love the creative process of setting the table together or even stepping into the kitchen to pick up a few culinary tips and skills. Guests often drop by the kitchen to chat or lend a hand, which is something I absolutely welcome, though never expect!

Can you help with a venue if I don't want to use my home?

Absolutely! I have access to a beautiful private home perfectly equipped to host both indoor and outdoor dinners (you will be required to purchase private event insurance). Alternatively, I can recommend excellent local venues available for rent. You also don't need to worry if your chosen location lacks a full kitchen; we can easily design a menu that requires minimal equipment.
